LLM Scout provides AI visibility and tracking tools that monitor brand mentions and citations across AI platforms and search engines. Our services include:

• Brand mention tracking across AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI, etc.)
• Citation analysis and reporting
• Competitive intelligence
• Analytics and insights dashboards
• Custom reporting and alerts

Features and pricing may change over time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through in-app notifications at least 30 days in advance.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties or use another user's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card required to start the trial. The trial includes full access to all features.
• Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@llmscout.co for refund inquiries.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse LLM Scout or use it in any way that could harm us, our users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include:

• Copying, reselling, or redistributing the service or its content without our written consent.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass our security measures or systems.
• Using the service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, harassment, or violation of intellectual property rights.
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage our systems.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without authorization.
• Interfering with or disrupting the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Impersonating another person or entity or providing false information.
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and may involve law enforcement if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, designs, and materials available through LLM Scout are the property of LLM Scout LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software.
• You retain ownership of your own data, content, and materials that you upload or create using the service.
• You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide and improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Accessibility Commitment

LLM Scout is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards, including:

• Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG): We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, including:
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • Screen reader compatibility with proper ARIA labels and semantic HTML
  • Alternative text for images and visual content
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality
  • Focus indicators for keyboard navigation
  • Form labels and error messages
• Ongoing Improvements: We regularly audit our platform for accessibility barriers and implement improvements based on user feedback and accessibility testing.
• Assistive Technologies: Our platform is designed to work with common assistive technologies, including screen readers, voice navigation software, and keyboard-only navigation.

While we strive to provide an accessible experience, we recognize that some third-party content or integrations may not be fully accessible. We work with our partners to improve accessibility where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Service Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate insights, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of third-party AI outputs or search results. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• No Warranties: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Limitation of Damages: LLM Scout LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, websites, or AI platforms that we monitor.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.
• Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through in-app notifications at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, which may not be excluded by these Terms.
